In states where cannabis is legalized, both hemp-derived and marijuana-derived edibles are typically legal. However, THC edibles derived from marijuana are subject to state regulations and are only available in licensed dispensaries.
Hemp-derived edibles with less than 0.3% THC are legal at the federal level due to the 2018 Farm Bill and can be purchased online and shipped across most state lines.
