Please allow 3–5 days for continental US orders. Once shipped, Old Pal is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Must be 21 y.o. to order hemp-infused products. Old Pal does not ship internationally.
Returns
WARES: If you are dissatisfied in any way, we will gladly accept returns* on full price items when postmarked within 7 days of order receipt.
The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new; be returned in its original packaging; have the original tags attached; be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to deny any return.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.

What is hemp? +
Hemp describes a subset of Cannabis sativa plants which are grown primarily for many industrial uses. You can find it in a variety of products, from food and health supplements to textiles, paper, and even biofuel! Unlike its more famous relative, marijuana, hemp plants have lower levels of THC (the compound that can make you feel high).
What’s the difference between cannabis and hemp? +
They’re both part of the cannabis family. We refer to the lower THC version as “hemp” and the higher THC version as “marijuana.” Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill in the U.S., hemp is not covered by the Controlled Substances Act as long as it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
Is hemp legal? +
Yes, hemp is legal in many states in the U.S.! The 2018 Farm Bill legalized cultivating and selling hemp products as long as they contain no more than 0.3% THC. Regulations however, vary from state to state, leading to different requirements for cultivation and sale.
Does hemp-derived THC get you high? +
If you consume enough THC, it can create psychoactive effects, often called a "high." Hemp does have a range of compounds known as cannabinoids, including CBD and small amounts of THC. While the THC in hemp can give you a mild high, our hemp-derived THC products are crafted to stay under the legal limit of 0.3% THC while still providing a blissful experience. Always take a moment to check the product packaging and product detail page on our site so you know the THC potency and dosage, especially if you want to keep things light and easy!
What are cannabinoids? +
Cannabinoids are natural compounds found in the cannabis plant. The two most famous ones are THC (which can produce a high) and CBD (which doesn’t for the vast majority of people). Your body even has its own endocannabinoid system that helps regulate various functions like mood and appetite. Think of cannabinoids as nature’s way of supporting your wellness!
How much hemp should I take? +
If you’re new to THC, it’s best to start with a small amount and see how it affects you. For example, you could try around 2.5mg (half of a Cosmic Chew gummy or a quarter of a Cosmic Crispies bite). Everyone reacts differently, so take it slow! Gradually increase your dosage until you find what feels right for you. And remember, if you’re trying a new product, give it at least two hours for the full effect before taking more even if you can feel the product sooner.
How do I know if a hemp-derived THC product is high quality? +
Look for products that provide third-party lab testing results often provided as Certificates of Analysis (COAs), which we make available here at Old Pal. These lab results confirm the product's THC potency and purity, and ensure it’s free from harmful contaminants like pesticides or heavy metals. We take quality control seriously and work in a GMP-certified facility, so you can always trust that our products meet the highest standards. It’s always a smart idea to talk to your doctor before trying hemp-derived THC if you’re on medications.
